See if you can rent at the local trash dump it would be better. They dont even keep their own lease agreement promises. The apartments are very outdated. My kitchen was a shambles with none of the drawers working and half the screens missing from the apartments Windows. Lived there 6 months and never fixed. A bug guy came once for our cockroach problem (a problem they tried to blame on us but we never had them before or since) and didnt even spray the boundaries. He just sparayed wherever as I watched. Then there was the noise and drug problems and the cigarette butts everywhere. But jad the nerve to call me at work and say ot was out apartment... The 2 nonsmokers.... Ok. Lets see.... Then there was the graffiti everywhere and out upstairs neighbor harrassing us to the point of breakong outlet ceiling lamps by stomping I retaliation to having the police called on him by other remnants. Thule management did nothing about the npise trash bigs or anything. Lastly we moved because we were stationed over 300 miles away...now they're suing us for unpaid rent. Even after we told them we were stationed elsewhere and literally couldnt stay per the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. They don't care about rwsidents only dollar signs. Nickel and dime you for weird and useless charges. Lie about it too. You'll pay a fee for common area usage but will need to pay extra in order to access those areas.... Then why am I paying nearly 20 a month for them of o don't get access to them???. RENT AT THE DUMP ITS CHEAPER AND BETTER

We have called the office to many times bout the awful rat problem they have! They came with a spest specialist, but in the last couple of days I've had seen at least 5 rats! 3 outside by the coolers and 2 inside! One dead in the kitchen!

Not a fan, honestly. They present it as a cheap, great deal but with all of your monthly fees, you pay way too much for the incredibly old and beat up apartment. They WILL charge you for everything. They do nothing to control the smoking problem and our walkways are consistently covered in trash and cigarettes. It always smells bad. I am so glad that we signed the shortest possible lease and will be going elsewhere in January.

Horrible, disgusting, and not even worth living here! Moving in was a disgrace. The office wasn't even open during hours of operation to sign our lease. Ashley had a headache and hadn't called her boss to inform her that she was sick. Melissa had her kids so she couldn't come in... I call complete and udder bull. I work weekends, have kids and was late to work plus had to return on my lunch due to their unable to communicate in their 3 people that man the office. That was just the start of all the problems we have had while living here for 6 months. the second problem was that all my neighbors both up and down stairs were doing drugs openly in the breezeways on the stairs. how do you explain to a 6 year old that people are smoking marijuana out of a pipe on the stairs on the way down to the car. Third problem is that my kitchen faucet broke and turned my kitchen sink into old faithful. I reported it to the office(put in a work order) it took them 3 days to replace the whole part of the sink. The last and final straw was when I reported seeing mice in my kitchen. They gave me sticky traps and I returned to the office the following day again to see what they could do about it. This was after they turned on my swap cooler and failed to mention that it leaked everywhere and left a industrial fan on in my apartment without my knowledge or even a notice of doing so. When I went into the office with a notice stating what needs to be fixed they told me that every building has mice and the only thing they can do is recommend to lay out poison. Also when they evicted the people from next door which always were partying and doing drugs(very high traffic) they retaliated by putting red graffiti on all the cars in the row of the building. Nothing they could do about it because there was no evidence it was them. except that there was red spray paint all over the stairs from their apartment to where it happened. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

Need more enforcement of smoking restrictions, our apartment was bombarded with second-hand smoke multiple times a day. The non-refundable $199 charged at move-in should NOT be referred to as a 'deposit' if it cannot be applied to move-out expenses. I don't see why the office stopped giving a monthly total charge notice, since they now put up a monthly newsletter that uses MORE paper than the original notices. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling that maintenance came to look at, but they couldn't find the cause of the leak so they never fixed it. We loved the small play structure in the center of the complex, but then it got taken out. Why? Removing it made it so that on cool days there's nothing for kids to do outside. The pool has no heater whatsoever, making the pool too cold to be pleasant when the temperature outside is below 90. And charging $5 to get a pool key is lame. Charge for getting out of your contract is REDICULOUS. $2,000 to opt out, even if it's because criminal activity on the premises makes you feel unsafe. We didn't have problems with bugs, but we always had a mouse or two in residence, no matter how many we trapped. Lots of charges and fees every month that were brushed over or not addressed at all during our initial consultation. We were told rent would be $750/month, ended up paying $850-900 plus paying gas and electric.

Moved in this complex last august. Has gone so far down hill. When I moved in the place had cockroaches. Had to have them spray at least three times. Before we moved in the apartment below is had been a meth lab and the smells had also my place, especially my kitchen cupboards. They reeked of ammonia for about 6 months before the smell finally started to clear. No amount of cleaning could help. It will also take 3 months before anything gets fixed in your place. The real gem about this complex though is the gangs in the area. Not only have they been tagging this entire complex, they are now tagging people's cars. The complex is not really doing anything about it other than occasionally cleaning up the graffiti. Never move here unless you are beyon desperate in life. Horrible location.
