Atherton Park Virtual Leasing
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, Atherton Park has transfered to a full virtual leasing model. We are doing our best to continue to serve both our future and current residents while also practicing social distancing. Due to the current health risks, we will no longer be meeting with our current or future residents face-to-face. During this time, we invite you to use alternative methods of communication such as email, messenger, or by phone. Please visit our website as we have photos, floor plans, and virtual tours available for your viewing at any time. To our current residents, we're here for you and can be reached by phone, email, and the resident portal.
STEP BY STEP
CHOOSE A FLOOR PLAN
Find the floor plan that fits your ideal lifestyle. Once you select a floor plan, take a 3D virtual tour of your apartment home. Virtual Tours allow you to see the apartment as if you were touring it in person. View each room right from your desktop or mobile phone. With floor plans and 3D virtual tours available, social distancing doesn't have to stop you from finding the perfect apartment home.
FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION
Once you've found a layout that works for you, it's time to fill out an application.
You'll need to fill out the entire application leaving no question blank.
What you'll need:
- Identification (Driver's license, passport, or other proof of residency.)
- Paystubs / Bank Statements
- References / Rental History
SCHEDULE YOUR MOVE-IN DAY
Once your application has come back approved, you will then schedule your move-in date with a leasing consultant from the office. They will let you know about all the items you will need to bring in on move-in day. This will include rental insurance and any other documents needed for accounts you will need to set up.
E-SIGN YOUR LEASE
Now its time to E-sign sign your lease. A link will be sent to your email for you to E-sign your rental agreement. Be sure to read the lease in its entirety so you know what to expect while living at Atherton Park. If you have any questions or concerns about the lease please contact our office. We will be happy to go over it with you in detail.
PICK UP YOUR KEYS
Congratulations! Once you've E-signed your lease, you're ready to pick up your keys on your scheduled move-in day! Although we are limiting face to face time, we are always here for you and want to keep all of our residents safe during this time. We want you to know you can call us at any time. Welcome to your new home!
