The property manager is a joke. She goes back on her word every time. She is the most shadiest person when it comes to to property management. These apartments are a joke. Swamp coolers that are supposed to help with hot temperatures but they dont even work most of the time. Worst place to live

Toured with my husband, unfortunately the space is not what where looking for due to us having 3 kids! But I love the tour agent she was very helpful and reasonable even offered water bottles! Which is extremely nice because it’s super hot and not a lot of complex’s offer services like this thank you!

My family and I barely moved from this place because the rent wasn’t worth it to us. The toilet handle was broken as soon as we moved in and we constantly had to fix it ourselves. Only 2 burners on the stove worked even after maintenance came to “fix” it. If you’re late on rent be sure that maintenance will come and let themselves in to see if you’re there. We started getting roaches as well and we weren’t going to stay long enough to see how much more would appear. Rent is too high for how many things needed to be updated or fixed. The last day of us moving out maintenance attempted to let himself in with a cigarette in his mouth (my kids and girlfriend were inside) management is TERRIBLE and definitely not a safe environment for children as there are constantly cops in the complex. After only 3 months of living there we are glad to have moved out.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would this is the place to go if you black or Mexican the owner and workers gang up on white people and let really bad activity happen here not even 2 and a half months into living here our tub was peeling it took them 3 weeks to even do anything, the dishwasher doesn’t work at all, people blaring their music all night long kids throwing balls against the building hitting windows! Threats being made and you say something about it and they do nothing about it our tub is growing with mold and not to mention what the door frame looked like or the window when we moved in and they want to add more and more every month? This place is by far worst palmers is better then this these guys are all about the money they don’t care about fixing this place definitely need new management!!!
