The apartments are pretty alright. Decently affordable, and I believe that they accept housing. Like all apartments, there are the good tenants, and there some less than savory ones. I've never interacted with management, so I can't really comment on that. Maintenance from what I've seen is always been very prompt. But overall, I would say the apartments as a whole are pretty great.

A wonderful place when first moving out. Iâve had the pleasure of living in this apartment for the few months, and I couldnât be happier with my choice. The building is well-maintained. My unit is spacious and filled with natural light, and the layout is both practical and stylish. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, which makes cooking a joy, and thereâs plenty of storage throughout. It is nice being in a great location near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and itâs clear they take pride in making sure residents are happy.

We lived here for about 8 years. supposed to have a fireplace, it never worked. No washer or dryer hook ups. Covered parking that was in a bad way. Roaches painted on the walls. Our apartment was infested with them when we moved in. But with the complexes help we got rid of them very quickly. The maintenance people are really trying to take care of everything. But their hands are tied. Now we reported everything to the manager and a few things were taken care of. But she did nothing about the apartment above us allowing their kids to jump up and down and make all kinds of noise at all hours. Yes we called security and they would occasionally respond. And I sent emails to the manager. Had neighbors that played loud music every weekend. Others that worked on vehicles and others that threw garbage everywhere. Oh and our apartment started to have a moldy smell after being flooded numerous times. We hade to move for her health. This building should be condemned. Oh and the manager never leaves the office. It's a shame.

Editing my previous review because I hadnât lived a full lease term here, but now that I have I want to give an accurate review. These are way overpriced for what youâre getting, but theyâre one of the cheapest around without most of the hidden fees other places charge. They need to install mini split systems or figure out how to get AC going through the vents. Itâs too hot during summer with only a tiny ac unit in the living room. During winter, the pipes in the walls shake and it vibrates the whole apartment. The pool is tiny. There is no hot tub. Thereâs no safe walk ways to get around the entirety of the complex. So if you are disabled this wouldnât be a good fit for you. There is no playground for kids. The single laundry facility on the complex closes by 10pm every night and is closed on Sunday, which I think is ridiculous. The floors are creaky and the âupdatedâ linoleum floors make it even louder. The only good things about this place is management is friendly and maintenance is usually pretty quick.

The office manager Guisla isn't very accommodating/communicative/caring and can be difficult to work with. However the maintenance team Jake & Alex go above and beyond to help out in any way they're able. All in all it's a good starter place to start your renting experience.
