I love Atherton Park Apartments either seven or nine years ago I used to live there I was going on my third year lease I'd had a couple of incidences with friends and so giesela the manager asked me to leave and only because I had an arrangement because of your prior to this like I said I had problems with friends and friends of friends and so I was under an arrangement so she finally had to ask me to leave she was kind enough to not charge me the three times the amount of rent for the year and she just allowed me back and I'm so grateful for that as I'm disabled and I've been struggling out here and I'm just so grateful for that opportunity Man I hope she knows that I never knew what was going on and I don't have those people in my life anymore nor do I wish to associate with them then I have to learn and it is very hard for me to stop helping people because nobody helps me and that's what it comes down to but they get me in trouble all of the time

I appreciate Angie the girl in the front, sheâs really sweet and knew what she was doing. We had an awful encounter with some other lady wasnât the best and extremely pushy but other then that we still loved our tour! And will be coming back next month when my lease is over thank you atherton.

Toured with my husband, unfortunately the space is not what where looking for due to us having 3 kids! But I love the tour agent she was very helpful and reasonable even offered water bottles! Which is extremely nice because itâs super hot and not a lot of complexâs offer services like this thank you!

I’ve lived on the property for years and have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Maintenance is vey professional and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure we feel welcome and listened to. They usually have any problems or work orders done within 24 hrs and are on call 24/7 for any emergencies. The manager is also very helpful and is always available. I would definitely recommend living here.
