Love this place. Great management m they care about what you think they are very willing to help in whatever you need. Love the management Aimee.. she has been absolutely amazing the apartments are nice and the location is amazing for work and groceries. And surrounded by a great view

I had the pleasure of meeting with Aimee. She was very pleasant to speak with. She gave me lots of information regarding the property. I would consider renting at Atherton, because of the courtesy and attention I received from Aimee. I consider that an indication of managements 's ability to meet and exceed the renter's needs.

This is my second goal about with Atherton Park Apartments My first go about was great I enjoyed my apartment and immensely but ground rules are they don't tolerate any sort of criminal activity and unfortunately I had a criminal in my presence that I was unaware of at one point and given a second chance and then unbeknownst to me people who are taking care of me were also stealing catalytic converters So Giselle let me go but you know what I enjoyed my time I wish I had of gone to stay because now the rent is doubled on me just about I don't like my apartment now secondarily I don't know if she knows this but the entire exterior is about to fall The columns are split apart on my apartment while there are splits and cracks in the wall so big that hornet nest can build in there and if there were any sort of say large gentleman running across the walkway above me I do believe that it would cause that middle column to just go and it would yank part of my ceiling down The person next to me completely would have the apartment on top of them down this building is absolutely not taken care of and my apartment inside is falling apart but I appreciate the second chance and so I deal with it but I'm terrified that one day when we have another earthquake or the more the ground slips that my building is going to be a disaster hazard and I'm already disabled no thanks to them not icing the sidewalk The first time I lived here and I suffered to slip and fall and now I have absolutely no spine left and my body is shutting down because I cannot have surgery So being disabled in a basement with a building that's about ready to collapse terrifies me but hey I can say this The first time around yes there were plenty of criminalistic elements here there were shootings theyre were several fire trucks and ambulances they came and went for me because I had to be carried back and forth in an ambulance time and again after my slip and fall Yes and I said that back into my home after being taken out it was quite the experience but I don't blame anybody it's just what it is and unfortunately my life's gone downhill but this complex I do believe as far as people wise and the mentality around here is definitely changed for the better and when I let it go they let it go and let it go and And then she gisela me back and I appreciate it because I really had nowhere else to go and everything's just way too expensive especially on disability thank you Gisela And thank you to the maintenance man especially a shout out both the younger guys who have been a big help to me this time around

I love these apartments! The office secretaries are great and will text you any updates about maintenance and how it is progressing! Any requests I have made for maintenance has been solved promptly and professionally, and they even let you know if the office is giving out treats for Holidays, the buildings may be a little on the older side but they are well maintained and taken care of,, every now and again you might hear your neighbors but that’s apartment life, and comes with the territory, my overall experience has been so positive I would for sure recommend this place and look forward to renewing my lease!

So far living here there's been police and fire department here almost weekly in the 3 to for months . The neighbors keep to themselves but can be loud due to thin walls .. however all this being said , management has been outstanding. When you notice something isn't working they get to it right away and if you have questions or concerns they address it ASAP . The quick and reassured responses from them are outstanding second to none . They've had a bad wrap over the years but you can tell they're putting apot of work in to turn this place around

The absolute worst place!! If you have toddlers or kids at all do not live here neighbors will make up complete lies saying your in DOMESTIC VIOLENCE to where you damn near lose your place cause they don’t like you they don’t take care of their residents at all if something breaks then when you move out they charge you for what was already broke when you first moved in!! Don’t trust it they may be friendly at first but they are pure evil!! People working on their cars in the stalls or anywhere on the premises this is by far the worst place and the power is out at least 1-2 times a month please don’t live here they up your rent monthly and so not worth it they have a fire place that don’t even work bed bugs and mice beware they only want your money

I love Atherton Park Apartments either seven or nine years ago I used to live there I was going on my third year lease I'd had a couple of incidences with friends and so giesela the manager asked me to leave and only because I had an arrangement because of your prior to this like I said I had problems with friends and friends of friends and so I was under an arrangement so she finally had to ask me to leave she was kind enough to not charge me the three times the amount of rent for the year and she just allowed me back and I'm so grateful for that as I'm disabled and I've been struggling out here and I'm just so grateful for that opportunity Man I hope she knows that I never knew what was going on and I don't have those people in my life anymore nor do I wish to associate with them then I have to learn and it is very hard for me to stop helping people because nobody helps me and that's what it comes down to but they get me in trouble all of the time

I appreciate Angie the girl in the front, she’s really sweet and knew what she was doing. We had an awful encounter with some other lady wasn’t the best and extremely pushy but other then that we still loved our tour! And will be coming back next month when my lease is over thank you atherton.
