The absolute worst place!! If you have toddlers or kids at all do not live here neighbors will make up complete lies saying your in DOMESTIC VIOLENCE to where you damn near lose your place cause they don’t like you they don’t take care of their residents at all if something breaks then when you move out they charge you for what was already broke when you first moved in!! Don’t trust it they may be friendly at first but they are pure evil!! People working on their cars in the stalls or anywhere on the premises this is by far the worst place and the power is out at least 1-2 times a month please don’t live here they up your rent monthly and so not worth it they have a fire place that don’t even work bed bugs and mice beware they only want your money

I love Atherton Park Apartments either seven or nine years ago I used to live there I was going on my third year lease I'd had a couple of incidences with friends and so giesela the manager asked me to leave and only because I had an arrangement because of your prior to this like I said I had problems with friends and friends of friends and so I was under an arrangement so she finally had to ask me to leave she was kind enough to not charge me the three times the amount of rent for the year and she just allowed me back and I'm so grateful for that as I'm disabled and I've been struggling out here and I'm just so grateful for that opportunity Man I hope she knows that I never knew what was going on and I don't have those people in my life anymore nor do I wish to associate with them then I have to learn and it is very hard for me to stop helping people because nobody helps me and that's what it comes down to but they get me in trouble all of the time

I appreciate Angie the girl in the front, she’s really sweet and knew what she was doing. We had an awful encounter with some other lady wasn’t the best and extremely pushy but other then that we still loved our tour! And will be coming back next month when my lease is over thank you atherton.

The property manager is a joke. She goes back on her word every time. She is the most shadiest person when it comes to to property management. These apartments are a joke. Swamp coolers that are supposed to help with hot temperatures but they dont even work most of the time. Worst place to live

Toured with my husband, unfortunately the space is not what where looking for due to us having 3 kids! But I love the tour agent she was very helpful and reasonable even offered water bottles! Which is extremely nice because it’s super hot and not a lot of complex’s offer services like this thank you!
