I'm going to go ahead and vouch for all of these horrible reviews already posted. I moved out of Atherton park in October 2011, the place blows. It's one of the cheapest apartments in the area, so go ahead and expect to live with the cheapest kind of people. That goes for both your neighbors and the apartment management/maintenance crew. You water bill is part of the rent and it is too damn high. Our site laundry room was flooded with 2 inches of water for 5 weeks. 4/10 would definitely not live there again.

Do yourself a favor... DONT LIVE HERE!!! The pictures sure make it look great, but on the inside its disgusting! I lived here for 8 months and wished i never had! I could complain about this place alllll day long! Lets just say the maintenance is horrible! They dont fix anything, they look like bums, they replacce things with old nasty parts from other apartments. Fireplace is a joke! And "quiet living community" is a LIE! the cops are always being called on the noise! our downstairs neighbors were the worst, fighting all the time, and throwing stuff everywhere! our car got broken into. The smoke levels are disgusting! people smoke in their homes so it stinks up your apartment! So gross! The water bills are huge!! like 70$ a month! And the Kitchen was absolutely filthy when we moved in. They said they cleaned it..but you could totally tell they didnt. There was food, dead and living cockroaches and sewing needles in every cabnet! We had the exterminator in our place a million times but we still had cockroaches like crazy! This place is horrible! Dirty! Stinky! BUGGY!! Please look somewhere else!!! this place just needs to be torn down!! UNHEALTHY!! If i could give this place zero stars i would!

These apartments are the worst I have ever been in and I grew up in the worst part of Las Vegas the neighbors fight with other neighbors all hours drug deals happen every day there is dog crap all over the lawns the don't fix anything its just plain horrible the worst roaches everywhere and they don't do anything about them u would be better off living in the streets they are cleaner

Living here currently, now for 6 months. Got one word for you ROACHES! Worst apartment I have ever lived in, And its not getting any better. I would rather live downtown salt lake city or rosepark! Not worth the 600 a month for rent plus $18 for parking plus $60 for water and garbage!!! I wouldn't live in then place for even 200 a month! $10 credit card fee WTF! Everything here is just nasty. One bonus, very spacious. I can hear my neighbors at all times of the night running around, you can hear them through the walls, you can hear them next door, you can smell there cigarettes or other DRUGS through-out the house. Neighbors will bother you. Plenty of sex offenders here also! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, AND WHEN MY CONTRACT IS UP, I WILL NEVER LOOK BACK. WOULD YOU?
