I'm really struggling living here. It's been close to 100 degrees outside and it's at least that hot in my apartment since the swamp cooler is broken. They've promised us several times that they would come fix it and no one has. On Saturday they said maintanence doesn't work week ends and that on Monday they would bring a window cooling unit until they can fix the pump. Predictably that didn't happen. My husband and I have stopped by the office and called so many times pleading for them to fix it. I have a new born baby that turns bright red from heat during the day and nursing has become nearly impossible. I've spent days at other people's houses to survive. I shouldn't have to pay nearly $1,000 a month for a place that is uninhabitable. Not to mention a couple of outlets don't work which resulted in the apartment flooding when it got stuck on the fill cycle. I called maintenance immediately and it took them several days to do anything. All they did was clean the carpet, which we had already done. All our phone calls and stopping by the office does nothing, so hopefully a review will get them to do what we pay them for.

The worst living experience I've ever had! Mice, cockroaches, and horrible bed bugs! I wanted to die it'd get so bad, had no heat or working anything, and no body ever gets anything fixed!

none stars on it. i used live there for 7 months they are awful and water taste like bleach and not strong equipment in apartment i had broken stove and fridge kept leaking and many more.. bad area for kids.. i wasn't pleasant with it. they charge whatever they want to charge on people on water bill and rents.. worst place ever i lived..
