This place is the worst! Lived there for 9 months and regretted every moment. People fight and do drugs all the time, had to call the cops myself when I got scared for my life, but they were there all the time anyway, shot a guy right outside my window . We were able to use the tiny and disgusting pool 3 days during the entire time because they were too stupid to open it. According to their homepage there is a year round hottub. Bullshit! We had mice and bugs in our apartment! It always reeked from cigarettes and weed, even the maintenance guy would smoke in front of our window. They took our carport away for the entire winter because of the loud and dirty construction site right in front of our apartment that they started right after we moved in. Of course they didn't inform us about that. They didn't get it finished the whole time. So there was noise even at 7 am on the weekends. The laundry room didn't have a lock so people would steal the laundry and homeless people charge their phones. Unattended kids running around all the time, dog poob everywhere. Our car was illegally towed from our own stall over the weekend! When they want something from you like move your car out of a specific spot due to construction the next morning they will ALWAYS give you less than 24 hours notice. The aircondition is a big joke and many other unacceptable things. ANY Place is better than this! !!!!!

This place sucks! Like really, same thing with most people here, hot as balls,office is full of kids that do nothing, air conditioning hasn't worked since I moved in.management came to the apartment 2 days after telling us they were going to install a window unit. They tried one outlet, blew it out. Tried another outlet, blew it out. Tried a third outlet, made my bathroom fan catch fire. Left the window unit in my bedroom. The bathroom and my bedroom light don't turn on now. This is highly illegal. Don't let the brain dead owner replies sucks you in even a little bit.it's almost better to sleep on the street then trying to sleep in an oven with your family, while getting bit by bed bugs.

Mold. Lots of mold. Please keep on top of the tenant laws of you move in here. We have a lawyer and are ready to press charges against this place. We had mold growing and asked them the beginning of this month to get it tested, they never did. They simply recovered where the mold was an issue. I hate this place and we are getting ready to move. Don't move here. Seriously. It has been record breaking heat and they have not fixed the A/C units. It horrendous living here.

I'm really struggling living here. It's been close to 100 degrees outside and it's at least that hot in my apartment since the swamp cooler is broken. They've promised us several times that they would come fix it and no one has. On Saturday they said maintanence doesn't work week ends and that on Monday they would bring a window cooling unit until they can fix the pump. Predictably that didn't happen. My husband and I have stopped by the office and called so many times pleading for them to fix it. I have a new born baby that turns bright red from heat during the day and nursing has become nearly impossible. I've spent days at other people's houses to survive. I shouldn't have to pay nearly $1,000 a month for a place that is uninhabitable. Not to mention a couple of outlets don't work which resulted in the apartment flooding when it got stuck on the fill cycle. I called maintenance immediately and it took them several days to do anything. All they did was clean the carpet, which we had already done. All our phone calls and stopping by the office does nothing, so hopefully a review will get them to do what we pay them for.
