Here at Atherton park apartment complex the office is very help and and solves an issues that acure and they take care of it promptly to who ever calls and reports the issue. And if you dont report it they can't fix it and the maintenance crew are on top of fixing whatever is wrong with apartment and fix it imedtiatly. If it takes longer then they expected they let you know, as far as the cockroaches I haven't seen them since I told them about the issues and whoever has an issues with any pest needs to tell them about so they can take care of it, I haven't had an issue or excuse from the management or the maintenance crew if ur honest and tell them about a problem... And as far of drugs or any criminal activity I haven't seen or heard about. People are friendly and do keep to them self ann Don't bother you unless they want to be friendly. So there for they are great and nobody is perfect and this management has like 7 building and over 150 apartments so they have busy periods and have a lot of issues that do arise so like I have said how is the office and the maintenance crew suppose to know what's goin if you don't tell them. Other than that I have had a wonderful experience living here. Oh and they work with you on the rent and do their best to work with you on getting you approved. I know for me and my sister we moved in pretty quickly like from the time we have applied for these apartment and getting approved and moving in was like a day so for me they are great and I do recommend them to people who are needing a place quickly. I love living here.

The maintenance crew is the best. They really go above and beyond to help all of their residents. I was locked out of my apartment at 3:30am and they came and let me in within 15 minutes

Reading the comments of this apartment complex I've come to the conclusion that the owners of it are trying hard to make it seem like a nice place to live. I'd like to take this opportunity to clear the air and say this place is a cesspool of filth. Cockroaches, drugdeelers, and what you pay to live here is outrageous. The staff of the complex does not care about anything other than collecting rent. If you need something fixed good luck. Cockroaches are running wild through these apartments. The owners complained that the cost of having bug control come out was too great and for a while they stopped coming. You pay what's called a cam fee for clean up of the grounds and the grounds are always with garbage. If we didn't have to pay so much money a month to live here we would have moved out over a year ago. This place i wouldn't suggest to my worst enemy to live. Let alone any one else. If you are down on your luck and have nowhere else to go sure. Move in here. But do like so many have in the last two months and move out in the middle of the night. Just go. And please remember one apartment was shot up over a drug deal gone bad. The apartment that was shot at was not even occupied by the right people. Innocent people were shot at. This place is a complete joke. The only thing the office staff and the owners care about is money. Nothing more. So sad but they have to protect there investment. No other reason to buy "Multiple properties " and run them all the same. You will pay through the nose for next to nothing. But be glad you have a place to live. That is the only positive thing that can be said about this place. You will have a place to live. You will pay close to a thousand dollars a month with the water,sewer,garbage & cam fee's added on to you're rent. They will tell you it's not apart of rent. But if its not paid with rent you are still late with rent and fee's will be added to you're rent. Good day too you all.

Atherton aps will take you to court and will not even let you know, which is illegal because "it is your right to be given the option to appear in court and have the chance to explain your situation. it is against the law for them not to give you "your legal rights. I would watch my back all they care about is money and nothing else matters., just remember, YOU HAVE RIGHTS, AND DO NOT LET THEM THREATEN OR GO TO COURT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE, BECAUSE THEY WILL EVEN IF YOU OWE THEM 10 DOLLARS. JUST MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOU HAVE RIGHTS AND THEY BETTER LET YOU KNOW THEM . I AM ALLOWED FREE SPEECH AND THEY SUCK

My mom lived here for a year and had lots of problems here. The place is infested with cockroaches and they don't spray for them all they do is put a brown paste in the cupboards. It always smells like dog poop no one cleans up after their dogs. My mom has since moved from here and has been waiting for her deposit for almost two months and every time she calls about it they give her different excuses or they don't answer and never return her calls. The last time she talked to anyone in the office they told her she should have it by saturday or monday and she has yet to get it. We will be contacting a lawyer today about the situation. These apartments should be closed down the whole property is disgusting and each unit is infested with either mice cockroaches bed bugs or all three. I stayed with my mom for a few days and I could literally hear the mice crawling in the walls something needs to be done about these apartments health department has been called multiple times and still nothing has been done I'm glad my mom was finally able to move from here
