1 star? Not even worth that much. I don't even know where to start with this place. Between the rude management and bugs there is trash strewn about the complex and worse of all all the broken things in the apartments themselves. They post notices for inspections not only with a specific dates but with specific times and they fail to even show up. Rent here is not considered cheap in the least. Nearly $1,000 dollars a month just to get ganked. When time came around for warmer days they came around the complex and turned the water on for the swamp coolers it made a swimming pool in the hallway right in front of the bathroom. They tried to blame us for keeping the water on throughout the winter but we moved in after the water was or should have been turned off. And while I'm at it might as well mention the floors and the paint job of this place. With the cheap eggshell white and the painted over roaches, Yes, roaches. They painted over the damn bugs. Next time I suggest not hiring cheap labor to clean or paint your apartments. Thank you and good day.

I don't even want to give them 1 star but I have to in order to post a review. The owner and office staff are snakes. Do not trust these people with your money or the safety of your family. They do not care about you, they care about screwing people over. Also the place is always dirty and there is gang violence and drugs running rampant in that area. Oh not to mention mice, roaches and mold that they paint over. Good riddance.

Within the first week here we had water leaking from our ceiling. Neighbors have complained about roach and ant issues and I'm starting to see them in my until. Even though the complex has sent someone twice (he was here for all of 30 seconds both times) there is still an issue. Washing the sinks and counters with bleach every evening does not seem to help. The office people have been nice and easy to work with. The walkways are dirty and there is a lot of trash, although that would be helped if residents would clean after themselves. Honestly if the pest problems wasnt an issue (and maybe if their fees were a little less ridiculous) id maybe consider staying after my lease. As it is now, I'm counting the days until I can leave.

Management is a joke. Rent is somewhat cheap. Close to the community college. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for quality.

See if you can rent at the local trash dump it would be better. They dont even keep their own lease agreement promises. The apartments are very outdated. My kitchen was a shambles with none of the drawers working and half the screens missing from the apartments Windows. Lived there 6 months and never fixed. A bug guy came once for our cockroach problem (a problem they tried to blame on us but we never had them before or since) and didnt even spray the boundaries. He just sparayed wherever as I watched. Then there was the noise and drug problems and the cigarette butts everywhere. But jad the nerve to call me at work and say ot was out apartment... The 2 nonsmokers.... Ok. Lets see.... Then there was the graffiti everywhere and out upstairs neighbor harrassing us to the point of breakong outlet ceiling lamps by stomping I retaliation to having the police called on him by other remnants. Thule management did nothing about the npise trash bigs or anything. Lastly we moved because we were stationed over 300 miles away...now they're suing us for unpaid rent. Even after we told them we were stationed elsewhere and literally couldnt stay per the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. They don't care about rwsidents only dollar signs. Nickel and dime you for weird and useless charges. Lie about it too. You'll pay a fee for common area usage but will need to pay extra in order to access those areas.... Then why am I paying nearly 20 a month for them of o don't get access to them???. RENT AT THE DUMP ITS CHEAPER AND BETTER
