Cockroaches, Rude Staff, Broken building. First week there was December, we were excited to move in. Got a lot of our stuff in and went back to work, I got home before the others and when I opened the door I could hear water.. Lots of it. Well turns out they left the water for the cooler on.It flooded the hall, living room. They stopped it but didn't fix it. They said they would have someone come drain the water asap. Nobody came, So I used everything we have to clean it. To this day the floor smells like mold. Dishwasher floods and is broken. They didn't fix the cooler until summer was almost over. So we had to live with the heat. They deny the bug problem is serious. Water Beatles, Bedbugs, Cockroaches, and some units have mice. You can hear them in the ceiling running around if you're on the top floor. BY THE WAY they charge more for the top floor claiming is bigger, BUT they do not give you a tour of the APT you will be paying for until you signed the contract. It's dollars more and there probably about inches more in the rooms. Its a JOKE. The neighbors here are so loud, and the walls are paper thin. I know my all their names and I've never met them.. People fighting in the middle of the night, etc. Pretty bad. My advice to you, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, these people will screw you over, and they charge nearly 1,000 a month for top unit floors. 950 for others. The paint is cheap, THEY PAINTED OVER THE BUGS THERE WERE DEAD ON THE WALL! There are white painted cockroaches in all of the closets and pantry. The pest control comes once a few months, it does literally nothing. At night they SWARM the whole place. I turn on the light to get a drink and just see them everywhere, so bad. Not to mention they give you less then 24 hours notice that they will be coming and doing random inspections. Saying if the place is dirty you get a 150 dollar fine.
