The WORST place to live ! Black mold in the bathroom , cockroach’s. When I moved in the two stove tops didn’t work ( they came to “ fix “ it to only make the light that indicate the oven is on to stay on forever ) , the dishwasher didn’t work , Heater nor AC didn’t worked had to buy plug in heaters for every room and fans for the summer ! since the first day I asked them for help , I lived there for ONE WHOLE YEAR !! & not once did anything get fixed , not once , I was pregnant , gave birth and they still didn’t care . When moving out I gave my notice , and they said I had to pay an extra month because it was a day to late , when moving out I had EIGHT FRIENDS come help move & clean the apartment , & they still gave us a $200 cleaning fee & charged us for holes in the wall that where from the people who lived there before us , also gang activity is mild but still concerning! Dog pop pins over filling all the time. Dog pop everywhere. Multiple times cops came knocking looking for people had to show them my ID so they knew it wasn’t me they were looking for. In laundry room people steal your clothes. Wish I could give no stars cause this place just isn’t good !
