People aren't supposed to smoke here but there are so many that do. Also, lots of people never pick up their dogs poop so there are poop bombs everywhere. The lawn is uneven in several areas and turns into mini swamps in spots after timed sprinklers have been on and after it rains. Christina in the leasing office is nice and I trust her when I need something. The regular maintenance guys are nice and always friendly, but there are only 2 of them and around 150 apartments so they always have their hands full and if you don't have an emergency, maintenance is hard to get. There is a laundry facility on-site, the machines take coins as well as cards. Most neighbors are nice, but it does still feel a little shady. They have Metro Security that patrols the grounds, especially at night. They have warned us that the company who tows in their complex is very aggressive, so we've always been prepared and never towed. Overall, there are definitely nicer places (close by even) to rent from, but you get a decent price per square foot for these apartments.
