Horrible customer service skills. I bought a burger and it took 6 minutes to get out for fast food. Drink had no carbonation, did nothing when I complained. So I peed all over the seat when I left.

When i call the towing company they dont tow any cars that park in my spot. They say they have to get a managers approval to tow. If i pay for the parking spot management needs to follow through with the policy and what i signed for on the paperwork in the first place. I will change my review if things are handled correctly if not I stand with my review this place sucks.

I pay for a parking spot for apartment 200 The maintenance guy parks there, have asked him to move. Called the office talked to Jake, being questioned which spot is the parking spot shows how much they know the property. I shouldn't be treated like I dont know what I am talking about, i am on the lease if I have an issue with parking I should be treated professionally. Do you love smelling pot? Do you love smelling that sweet smell of propane from BBQ grills that are prohibited? Do you love for your car to be robbed, damaged, vandilized and towed? Are you the type of person who loves the smell of cat pee? Do you like broken blinds, bad maintenance and broken clothing washers? Then my friend, you will love it here! Come enjoy your stay at the worst apartment complex in Utah, you just might love it! Especially the cat per smell, yum yum

I was trying to get a place here and I went to go look with my wife at 2:50 and the front office door and google clearly said they closed at 4 but when we went in the lady in the front said they were closed at 3 so she couldn't show us anything. Either fix the time saying your closed at 3 on Saturdays or actually listen to when your closed.
