I came into ask about renting a unit. I spoke with a girl named Natalie. She was extremely rude and kept asking me questions and wouldnt let me talk. I had my deposit ready, and my money order and I was willing to rent out any of the units. I m not picky. I have excellent credit. This location seemed perfect for my job location and I was really excited to move in. I spoke with a guy named Rex and he was so cool!. He told me everything I needed to do and what I needed to pay. I will never come back to Atherton if this is the kind of manager they have. I asked her if I could just talk to a manager and she said she was the manager. I cant believe they let people like this manage properties. I tried to call the number back but a service place answered. I have to move in and even though Rex had told me he had plenty of apartments coming up I believed him. But Natalie said she was too busy to look really quick and I should come backlater.. I asked her if I could speak to someone else cause maybe she was confused. But she said everything goes through her since shes the manager and she didnt have anything available.. I left and I decided to move into the apartments down the street. I wont ever refer anyone there because I had my deposit and first months rent ready to move in with. I wouldnt rent here with managers like that
